"Jeff Marsh is a scam artist. He picks up vehicles with serious mechanical flaws and then masks them to make money on the engine and transmission. Then when you discover the defects, claims it must be your installation. Also misrepresents the condition of the equipment and where he got it. He will say it "remanufactured" when he actually ripped it off a totaled vehicle."
