"The technician that came blatantly lied to our manager and overcharged for service that never happened. The technician told our manager that I (owner) pre-approved the invoice (I didn’t). He then charged us for 4 hours when less than one hour of work was done. When confronted with this the technician said it included the drive time. Not only is 3+ hours absurd for a commute, River City claims to not charge for drive time on their website (instead they charge a $85 diagnostic fee which they also tacked on in addition to the 4 ‘hours’). The technician never showed our manager an invoice, and said they would email a copy later on. This company is incredibly sketchy and I would recommend staying away."
