"The time of my appointment was changed without informing me. My cat and I waited for a half hour in a small stuffy room which was like a closet. The vet spoke in a high pitched voice running her words together so that I couldn't understand anything she said. She made my cat go back into his carrier so that she could take him to the back. She didn't even do an exam in front of me. I saw zero interaction between the vet and my cat. I had to just hope that he would be treated well. A few minutes later my cat was brought back to me along with a bill for over 200. My impression overall was that Newport Veterinary is a mercenary, money grabbing place."

"My appointment was qt 11:30. I was on time and these very kind ladies had us in and out in under 15 minutes. Also, my dog received a rabies vaccination that was so quick and painless that she wasn't even aware that she had been given one! Cost? Another reason I am glad that I found them because although they have to stay competitive, their still the best price in town."
