"To install J box it took them 3 days and then they are charging me for 3 days of work and over time and got charge $400 labor only. Total time of them working on it is less then 2 hours combine of 3 days. I guess that the way they made their money, I will never recommend this place to anyone."

"Came out and replaced the conduit pole and weatherhead since it bent from the storm. Left cut wire, insulation, and the old pole just sitting on the side of my house. Think my property is a place to dump trash? Extremely unprofessional. Also, the support wires they attached from the pole to the roofing has already come undone. Only been a couple of days."

Inspection approval on the work was quick and painless. Of course they cost more than other shops in the area, but I think I got more than what we paid for when you consider the lack of problems and headaches. I would have given them a 5 star, but the perfectionist in me prevented that!"
