"I dont own any pandora jewlry, but I can say is I worked here. And it was really unprofessional um. The jewlry is packaged in plastic, so customers would say what's going on? We give broken catalogues to customers. No acknowledgment from staff. Like hey Elena your doing a good job. I reconize everyone or try to and tell people to have an awesome day or just a simple high five. But the staff here was rude, except the girl with the black curly hair, jessica, and teagan is so nice. Danielle showed up late to work on valentines and making it about herself again. The only star here was me because I didnt want to put myself through another unprofessional work enviroment. Or be convinced by a bad manager that a have poor work performance. I hope to find an awesome work team thats supportive and awesome."

"Waited for 20 minutes & left. Never got told, "Hello welcome in, or at least we'll be with you as soon as we can". Nothing. 3 associates were in the store but one was just standing there doing nothing. A handful of customers waiting to be helped and nothing."

"They have great selection to view. The big downside is you are let in two at a time to watch people being served. Not a welcoming place to spend your hard earned money"

"Do not go here if you expect to be serviced without attitude and impatience. My bracelet was not properly cleaned. It seemed as if they just polished it when I specifically left it for them to clean! Also, they didn’t allow me to see multiple charms outside the case which defeats the purpose of in person shopping for charms."

"I’ve had pandora for years I travel a lot an have brought items online different malls never has a problem with turning mind you I never take them off I brought 4 charms here within 3 days they turned an started to turn my other charms took the ones off I brought from here cleaned my others an haven’t had this problem since I will not be back to this store here Ever I ordered some from home an can’t wait to get them to smooth me over because this was very sad for my charms help me through times I need a lift sorry this store gets the less the staff are great here as well this was a lost for me a win for them"
