"If you are looking for great customer service this is not the location. Witnessed staff person who had a very bad attitude with a customer to the point of arguing on the service the customer clearly wanted. They also have postings on their windows of not accepting QR codes for Amazon but could not provide me with locations of UPS stores that did. They said Lebanon or Corvalis but I found that UPS in Salem on Market Street did."
