Jack in the Box

"Woefully understaffed, they were out of almost everything that I wanted. The new person there was trying their best, but you could tell they didn't receive enough training. I'm curious how much longer this place will remain open, seems like they have a hard time holding on to staff. That seems to be a management issue or even ownership.... only time will tell."

"I can say this is the worst fast food restaurant in Albany. Like I get it’s fast food it’s not gunna be great but this restaurant is seriously going down hill. I eat here frequently due to it being the closest to my work and don’t really have time to go elsewhere, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m disappointed. But I will just go off today’s experience. It takes 20-30 mins just to get my food from the time I order in the drive through (1 car ahead of me) I ask for a meal for the sandwich I got and didn’t get my fries. (When I got to the window I asked for ketchup FOR MY FIRES!) I asked for DR. Pepper and when I received it they gave me room temperature soda with no ice. The breakfast sandwich bread was beyond stale. And the tacos were so overcooked the meat was pretty much dehydrated. I never received a receipt so I couldn’t go back and ask for what was missing (that and I had no time because I had to get back to work due to it taking to long) and that’s just todays experience! Other problems I have in general, their always out of stock on things, they will be open and i will go to the drive through and sit there waiting for somebody on the speaker, I give up after 10 mins and go in and tell them I’ve been at the speaker and they laugh and shrug it off . On random days and hours they aren’t open when they should be. Their food is always over cooked/ stale. My order is never right. I honestly can’t believe this place is still running. I’m a manger myself and I would be furious is my store was ran this way. Get some better employees or managers for the sake of your business!"

"Went at 2pm to get lunch today sat at the drive through for 5 mins asked if they were open and nothing. Yet as i pulled out and drove away I saw them helping someone at the window. They could have easily responded to me when i was waiting but i guess they felt they wanted to clear out the drive through line of 1 person before helping anyone else. Seems every time I come to this jack in the box its always a bad experience. At least if I go to wendys next door they acknowledge you when u pull in the drive through."

"They didn’t even toast the sour dough jack? ?Lol I have never seen this done, I’m all my years of getting this burger."

"I pulled up, ordered, the wait from ordering to pay/pick up of food was a bit long. The drive thru person was smiling and very friendly. The food was cooked as it should have been. I will note getting in and out of this particular Jack in the Box is a little tricky based of the intersections around this location."
