"Waited for 45 minutes just to order. They were preparing online orders as the line kept growing to the front door. Then had one person just standing at the register while the playing in her phone. Then I finally ordered my sandwich and has the nerve to say can I help you with an attitude so I matched her attitude and said yeah that’s my sandwich ."
"Just went there to grab a quick sandwich and get back to work. In the time it took Lonnie to figure out the simple order. Remember where his coworker said things were. And ask me over and over what I said, when I said it 3 times. I could have completed a whole home treatment (I'm a pest control technician). It was the work looking sandwich I have ever had. He dumped pepper all over it. And he forgot the bacon on a chicken BACON ranch sandwich. I understand he is older. But if can't make the food right, don't let him make it. Put him on a register or slicing meat."
"We ordered online for lunch, because my family was busy all morning at a medical facility. I arrived to a near empty restaurant at the estimated "ready" time and gave my name when asked. I waited 10 minutes before 3 subway staff members realized my order was ready and sitting on their back counter. No apology was offered even after a line had formed and multiple customers had been helped. Somebody else's online order was even brought out to the rack, while I waited. Then I got home and all 3 sandwiches had mistakes like one sandwich was missing cheese. We were hungry and already had waited so we ate them. We even tipped ahead to ensure that we would hopefully get what we ordered. After calling, I got a weak apology and told to fill out their survey. Done. Not sure I'll be going back to this location."
"Lezlyn, was awesome! Very customer oriented and very friendly. It has been a long time since we have visited a Subway. The only negatives would be the appearance of the food items. The onion slices could have been smaller, it is a little off-putting to have onions sliced as big as they were. It does seem like the prices have gone up and the premium filling has gotten less. You do still get plenty of veggies and stuff like that."
