Little Caesars Pizza

"The food at this Little Ceasars is delicious when fresh.(I've had breadsicks her before that had the texture of croutons). I don't know if it's the management that's lacking or the franchisee. But the service at this peticular Little Ceasars is Hot GARBAGE. Also no hand sanitizer in the lobby"

"This Little Caesars Pizza location is in dire need of improvement. The service and quality is never consistent. Sometimes we have okay service and food quality, but there are times that it was a waste of time and money. On one of our recent visits we received an email that our order was ready and went inside to find that slot empty. We were told that it wasn't ready. After waiting quite a while we found that the order was placed in the wrong slot the entire time. The food was cold by the time we got it. The breadsticks were also half of their normal size. Another issue that we witnessed is the horrible way the management treated their employees in front of customers. It is difficult for an establishment to retain employees if they are treated poorly. An employee will work harder and generally be more successful at their job if they feel valued and not belittled or humiliated in front of others by management."

"If you could give a negative 50 that's what this review would be. Ordered two pizzas online. When we arrived to pick them up at the time it told us to, they said they hadn't even started them yet. They said that they wouldn't be ready for at least another 25 minutes or so. We were an hour away from home and it was already late so we asked if they could just refund our money. They refused to give us our money back even though they have not even started our pizzas yet. The guy that was serving us said that online orderers had priority. We told them that we were an online order. And very rudely he informed us that they were busy and just didn't have time. Not even apologetic. Just very rude. The parking was horrible, you could barely fit in the parking lot if another car was coming out. Once we came back and got our pizzas they were cold. One of them was supposed to have ground beef and they only put it on part of the pizza."

"First time here! It has been a few years since we have had Little Caesars, and we didn't miss much. Nothing spectacular or special. Couldn't get the online order to work the right way so lost out on the 15% off. Very sad the store can't & will not apply a coupon for not being able to order online. Had to call in our order. The person on the phone was okay not very customer oriented and not fully focused on the conversation. It was very busy when we went in to pick our order up. Ordered a few items. The veggie pizza was lacking most of the ingredients it stated it came with. There were NO MUSHROOMS to be found on the veggie pizza, barely any onions, had enough green peppers and a ton of black olives. Not sure who made the veggie pizza and chose not to put the ingredients on the pizza. Little Caesar's has really gone with the inflation theme on prices! Some things were reasonable and others not so much. The veggie pizza was the most expensive item but yet didn't have any premium ingredients so not sure why it was $14.50!"
