"I am an alumni of this high school . The reason why I am giving this school a 1 is because I called about 5 minutes ago to request an official transcript. The receptionist answered the phone with indifference, didn't even bothered saying her name. Asked me if I could be put on hold in a rude way, then when she took me off hold. She didn't even bothered to apologize for the wait. She even had the audacity to say "what do you want?" I am appalled by the lack of professionalism the staff have. If I could give this school a zero, I would but Google won't allow me. If the current principal is reading this. A piece of advice, you may want to observe how your staff talks to former students in the phone and in person. You would be surprised at how disrespectful your staff are."
