"Updated August 2018 In July we rented a boat and it had some mechanical issues. We were willing to receive a credit of time. Multiple phone calls and emails no response. Had to deal with going after a refund through our credit card company. I would not use either rental company in Portland. Neither seems to desire to run a good business."
"Very disappointed. No one was at the dock when we arrived ahead of our appointment time, as advised. No one answered the phone # listed on the web site when I called. Nor was there any answer of the different phone # in their confirmation email, which went to a limo service or something. So we got out 10 minutes later than our agreed upon start time, but still had to be back at the hour, so it was a 50-minute rental. They didn't mention it anywhere, but in the paperwork I was filling out, I found a mention that I would be responsible for refilling the gas tank. Really? Take 20 minutes to gas up a jet ski on a 50 minute rental time, for what, burning a gallon of gas? They said it would be an $18 charge for the gas. I was taking my daughter out jet skiing, for her 1st time, so thought what the hell, pay it and have fun. Got the notice on my credit card that the payment was actually $20, not $18. Guys, come on. If you're trying to build a consumer business, you have to do better than this."
"We had a good experience booking the jetskis the price is a bit higher compared to other rentals but the service is very good. We had a party of 10 and all got 1 day permits which worked out great. Jetski are limited on the speed and gas is spendy other than that all good."
