"Went in to check if they carried the break pads for my EBike. Great friendly service and tech took the time to see if he could find any close. Said he didn't have them and suggested I get OEM, which I respect. Shows they aren't there to grab any money and put on incorrect parts"

"Edit: They called me and made it right so I am adjusting my review to 4 stars. Showed up with some brand new Carbon MTB handlebars I needed to get cut down to 780mm. Asked if they knew how, was told they could do it. Charged $35 for 6 minutes of work and they did not cut the bars using proper technique for carbon, causing the ends to delaminate. Not the end of the world, but it was a completely avoidable mistake. Bummer."

"Arrived with a bike reserved. Came from out of state. This store is huge with quite a big inventory. Greeted by Trevor and he brought out the bike I reserved. Being new to mountain biking he went over the necessary gear that would help but never was pushed or felt pressured into anything. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and affable as well. He setup my bike, went over and setup my suspension. I was probably there for a couple hours getting a run down on everything which was so helpful. Trek is an excellent company, I had an amazing buying experience with Trevor and would recommend this store and brand to anyone wanting to get into biking, absolutely thrilled to get onto the trails.
