"I don't know what is going on with this place. I went yesterday Sunday at a little after 2:00pm. There was a sign in the doorway saying they will be back at 5:10pm. I didn't have time to wait around. Today Monday I go and they are closed again. No sign in the doorway this time. I gave up and ordered what I wanted online."

"First time I have ever shopped in this store and I was not impressed with their customer service. The lack of enthusiasm and warmth was not present in this store. The item that I purchased didn’t work for the person who I bought it for and needed to be returned. When I approached the counter both times they were more focused with dealing with the products than the customer in front of them, and took a bit for them to acknowledge the customer. When they did acknowledge, there was a lack of welcoming. The process for returning an item seems a little ridiculous where you need the card to which you purchased the item on in order to complete the transaction. The employee tried to encourage us to hold onto the item, which I thought was also ridiculous, why hold onto an item, if we are not satisfied. Not impressed with this store."
