"I went in yesterday and bought a pair of crocs and one of the employees kept glaring at my friend and I after we purchased some crocs and jibbits and I was switching into the crocs because I didn't want to put my shoes back on because I was fatigued and I have a heart condition where when my heart rate goes up I get extremely fatigued.so doing simple things like putting regular shoes on and tying them can be hard when I'm having a episode. I at first kinda brushed it off because I thought she was maybe having a bad day but then the next day I decided to return the jibbits and she was the one doing my return and she was yet again just being very unfriendly and stopped in the middle of my return to answer the phone.didnt say hold on I gotta answer this phone call and then after she processed the return I looked up to say have a nice day.she just walked away and didn't say have a nice day or anything. I used to work retail for many years and I've never ever treated a customer like that. I couldn't see what her name was on her badge all I could see was "CH"."

"I just recently purchased some shoes for my wife and was pleasantly pleased to find that they knew exactly what I was looking for. Grace was very helpful and kind. I will be shopping there again In the future."

"Pretty disappointed. I used to be a Store Manager and the customer service I received was incredibly rude and inconsistent to the company values. I would have a store meeting and reevaluate what your there to do. Respectfully learn what you need to do in order to give customers the best experience possible. Received the incorrect item and they didn’t offer a single thing to make up for it. And didn’t offer any help in finding the correct item I should have received. It was made to be my problem when in reality the employee failed to follow through with the expectation. Pretty sad"

"I have gone to this location countless times for my billion pairs of converse, for my search of snoopy vans, and then my boots. The employees actually seem happy to be there and help out and grab more than one pair of shoe size or style when you are unsure about something. They also double check that the shoe is comfy and fits right before just running away from you to someone else despite if they have a bunch of customers. I hope they continue being awesome and helpful!"

"The manager pushed me to purchase a pair of shoes on a Tuesday they were out of stock but guaranteed that his shipment would be there Wednesday and he would personally send them to me and I would receive them no later than Monday. I was hesitant I could have easily went to another store and purchased them but he was reluctant so I agreed. Monday has came and gone and I call to ask about them and get a run around shoes have yet to be shipped and I can come to the store to pick them up. Bad experience to say the least."
