"Extremely lacking in ethnic options, and all items are seriously overpriced. The Gas station attendants are spot on and quick. The store is constantly rearranging aisles of products and appear to have thrown in the towel on updating the signs. Anytime you are ready to give up on finding a product an associate will check the app for you since your phone won’t work in their cell phone abyss. the entire store is a dead zone. Shelves are sparse on the regular. Some employees do racing/donuts in neighboring streets, Alarms blasting the neighborhood all day, PA system is too loud. Constant noise pollution 24/7."

"The poor management will be the decline of this company, especially the HR department. I gave two stars because I like to shop here. Management, treat your employees better."

"This FM was amazing when it first opened, but has slowly backslid over the years to trashiness. It will be probably be as bad as a Wal-Mart in a few years. There was a beer and wine bar where you could enjoy a drink with your neighbors, get recommendations from the staff who work there, etc. That closed w/ COVID and just never reopened. They keep opening more and more self-checkout w/ fewer staff to help, so if you scan something and the machine calls a human, you'll be waiting minutes for them. They used to have actual Asian things like fish sauce in the "International foods" aisle; now there's a whole row of official Panda Express sauces and almost nothing actually Asian. The folks in the deli are consistently rude and ignore people who want to ask for items from the case. They just did a huge re-organization of the store and moved all of the chips, cookies, candy, and snacks to the front half of the store. They got rid of the health food and sustainable products section. They *did* integrate some of those products into the regular stock, but there are fewer of those options now. I noticed they also increased the amount of shelf space for Kroger brand stuff. Less space for supporting local businesses, I guess. I expect there will be a cooler stocked with Brawndo soon (it's got electrolytes) because that place is becoming Happy Valley's Idiocracy."

"It was very clean and friendly. The plants are coming out. There was plenty of lanes, some were open... The checkout yourself had no wait. The deli and cheese counter was beautiful. The olive bar was clean and inviting. The produce section was organized."
