"I worked with Ben from Black Magic Paint to help design my dream gravel bike. At first, I planned on just having them paint the frame and I was going to build it my self. However, Ben let me know that they were able to order all the parts I had in mind and build the bike for me. I'm super glad I went that route because they did an excellent job. They even used a special bike delivery service where it was dropped off at my doorstep fully assembled and ready to ride. Regrading the paint job. I threw a lot of ideas at them and didn't totally know what I wanted. What they came up with was way better than I had imagined. Ben even showed me a rough design so I could provide feedback before they started. The whole process was easy and I could tell that Ben had a great understanding on what I was looking for overall.
