"I've only ever given reviews if it was positive feedback, this is the first review I have given that is negative. Our company worked with TQL years ago and the entire process was more than unsatisfactory. Since then we have got non stop cold calls for years and years (and YEARS) multiple times a week (sometimes multiple calls a day) from different representatives wanting our business. I have personally explained to what feels like endless representatives why we will not do business with TQL and yet we still get weekly calls, an annoyance and time waster when trying to run a business. We have requested over and over again to be taken off their call list only to have someone new call a few days later. Again, this has been happening for years. At what point is it harassment? We were told by one representative they won't take anyone off the call list and it goes to a new representative to "try" if the previous representative can't get the business. It's become infuriating at this point. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I have worked with multiple logistic companies and would never recommend TQL to anyone needing any kind of freight service. Do better TQL."

"i did a load for TQL that arrived 3 days late due to a breakdown. I provided them with information of breakdown all repair mechanics information all receipts. They decided to not pay me the $3800 which was already $1.66 per mile for the load but on top of that they decided to charge an additional $500. breakdowns happen on the road brokers should not be able to screw small companies over like this. i will never work with TQL again"

"My truck breaks down and I communicated it to them as it happened and provided a receipt for the break down. They made me wait five days for a new delivery. They did not pay me any layover and charged me a late fee on top of everything. They tell us if we set up tracking they will see where we are at and will not call us. They spam call us repeatedly on every line that has ever neem associated with our company. They call driver when he is trying to get rest. Why set up tracking if you are just going to blow us up? Absolutely worse brokerage I have ever worked with. Shut your business down before working with these scammers."

"I am just blown away. After doing this for 8 years, this is the most unprofessional broker i have ever dealt with. The level of disrespect is mine boggling. The sad thing is i have hauled loads in the past for TQL and have never had an issue. I call ask about a load and instantly get hung up on. Either you guys need some new management or someone needs fired. Called about Post ID#9018819 and whoever was on the other end of that line needs fired 100%."
