"When Little Caesars came to the Portland area about 30 years ago the pizza was pretty decent and very affordable! Sad to say that with their return to the metro area a few years back, the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere have tanked. I went in twice for the lunch specials in the hope that someone different would be waiting on me the second time and that the food would be better. Hope Springs Eternal! Lol! The pizza was like generic bread roll dough, the sauce tasted like the can or plastic bag it most likely came out of, and the veggie toppings were definitely not really fresh as they looked and tasted terrible. The male employee behind the counter both times I was there was a real smart mouth and that was not appreciated at all. There really is no atmosphere in there because you pick up your pizza to go and there's nowhere to sit down and eat it. I honestly feel that a Junior High School Home Ec. class would do a much better job at making a pizza from scratch than this particular Little Caesars. Just my opinion, folks!"

"DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! DO NOT GO HERE! THE PIZZA IS FAR FROM EDIBLE OR GOOD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD! They refuse to take accountability for anything wrong they do (including having paper?! on a pizza and burning the other one) One pizza had paper on it!!! The other one was burned, and the boxes were filthy. The location is disgusting and it looks like a metro station with weird stains everywhere. The app said it was ready for pick up, and yet i had to wait 20 min anyways, with only 1 client there! When i spoke to Kevin, supposedly the general manager, he was extremly rude and refused to do anything helpful. He said he will not refund and he wanted me to drive for him to replace those disgusting pizzas with other disgusting pizzas. The service ruined my family dinner and his very rude attitude towards a customer who only wants their $20 back for PAPER AND BURNED PIZZA ruined another day. He said he'll get me in contact with his superior, but of course that never happened. I tried to contact their customer support and they don't answer here. Moral of my story: DO NOT GO HERE! THE PIZZA IS FAR FROM EDIBLE OR GOOD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD!"
