"It’s actually comical how bad this JJ’s is. They are always slow, they act like they don’t know what’s going on. I asked for a sandwich leave bread in, add sauce, add mayo. Result? Sandwich with bread taken out, no sauce, add onions. I KNOW I didn’t stutter. Do NOT come to this location. You’ll be disappointed and spend 20-30 minutes waiting."
"Never an issues with the customer service provided and I’d like to add All the delivery drivers are fantastic and super friendly too. however the fact you spend a fair amount and tip a fair amount to just get 30lbs of lettuce and 2-3 tiny strips of lunchmeat on the sandwiches? Is the General manager that picky about FoodCosts? It’s wild to me, Haven’t had this issue at any other locations.."
"The rest of Portland was under their covers and a sheet of ice- This JJohns saved my day! Had a group to feed for a business event that got derailed from the weather- the service was amazing, sandwiches were excellent! Thankyou- will definitely be recommending for future events"
"Slowest Jimmy John’s experience ever, wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in for a couple minutes as I was trying to order. 2 employees standing around and cashier ended up putting on gloves to make sandwich. Went to bathroom and was expecting my sandwich to be ready and they had made the one sandwich for a Togo order, cashier had asked other guy to make my sandwich then ended up just making it."
"Order speed and accuracy has really gone down the past couple years. I typically order in the app, and I used to be able to order then drive over to the store (7 mins) and it would be ready. Then I started having to wait an extra 5 minutes between ordering and driving over (so I didn't have to wait in the store while they finished making it), then another 5 minutes, then another 5 minutes. Today, it took 45 minutes for them to make my order. Not sure what's going on at this location, but I've never had to wait this long at any other JJ's location."
