"Service is horrible. I pre-ordered a cheese and queso online and when I asked if it's ready they said I already took it even though it wasn't true. I came to check on it again and again and they said they were gonna get it ready and bring it and they didn't. I already finished the rest of my food and they they never brought it. When I walked out upset they said it was ready. I didn't even bother anymore.. such a disappointment"
"This is the second time I've gone to the restaurant and they didn't have Impossible. The first time was a bummer but people run out of things, no big deal. This time I called ahead. They confirmed that they had it. A mere 10 minutes later, they had none. No plans of making any and they had nothing to say about having just told me on the phone they didn't have it."
