"Always awesome - make it easy to be low income and not get fees. 3-5% on your checking account !"
"I have been an OCCU member since the "U Lane O" days, 25 years, and have always held them at the top of my list for Credit unions. Today I was very dissapointed to find out that they now close at 5pm. Having a later closing time was one of the biggest draws for me personally as I work the typical 9-5. Now with this change I'm afraid I don't view OCCU as a Credit Union for the community, but as some big bank such as Chase or Wells Fargo. Very disappointed in what "U Lane O" has become."
"I have been a member with this branch since 2016 and have always received excellent service. However, my recent experience was next level. I had a complicated credit card issue that Frank resolved patiently and efficiently. Him and the branch manager really went above and beyond, like WAY above, to take care of me. Thank you so much for all your help! I won't ever bank anywhere else."
"Pleasant enough people to deal with and I like them. But when I was buying my new car from a dealer, I was told I could not buy the dealers Service Contracts or GAP because they weren't a Dealer Partner with OCCU and I had to buy OCCU's ancillary products if I wanted them. I declined to purchase the ancillary products from OCCU because the coverage was less and cost more than the dealer. To have good enough credit to get a instant credit approval and then be told I can't buy the warranty or insurance products I want, from who I want, I don't think is even legal but a real bummer at the least."
"I didn't pick OCCU when I financed my vehicle, the dealership did. But, so far, they have been a pleasure to speak with. They have always been happy to answer my questions. I also just received a phone call from them, it was to sell me something but that was a side note, the gentleman I spoke with was quick to change the subject to make sure I was satisfied with OCCU once I told him I wasn't interested in the additional coverage. No push to sell, just took my "no" and quickly moved on to customer service."
