"Garbage company. These idiots stole from me. I had garnishment paperwork that clearly and simply stated that 1. It would not be validated unless signed by a court administrator (which it was not, it was only signed by an attorney for the collection agency, which only puts forth a claim, that I am legally allowed to respond to in 30 days before the garnishment can either be verified or takes effect of there is no response) and 2. I am legally given 30 days to respond before it would be validated EVEN IF signed by a court administraypr. And also, 3. It was a collection from over 10 years ago which falls outside of Oregon statue of limitations. Selco takes no responsibility in protecting its members and claims they have to immediately abide by the paperwork when it clearly states in plain English that it would have to be signed by an administrator from a magistrate court and given time to respond even IF it were within the statue of limitations. Selco could have even let me prior to taking my money. They stole 850 dollars from me and have refused to return the money and are spewing the same nonsense about having to legally follow the ruling when it's not a ruling It was a claim out forward by an attorney for the collection agency that has to firstbe approved. They are morons who don't care who they steal from and are protected by their own ignorance. Don't sign up woth these gang thieves. They don't even care. Disgusting. They are being sued and I will 100% win as the paperwork states conditions in plain English that they obviously are too stupid to read correctly. Morons. I hope someone robs them. Truly. Disgusting blue collar criminals. I literally brought the paperwork into their branch and they acted like idiots who refused to read the actual paperwork claims and just blathering on the same garbage nonsense they are supposed to say. How can you steal from your own members and sleep at night? No morals or ethics and clearly don't care about protecting their members and the money we work hard for. Avoid these criminals at all costs."

"Have been a member for decades, yet was unable to raise the credit limit on my card. This day and age you would think a bank you have been doing business with this long would work with you. This institution is starting to operate like larger banks in respect to their terms and services as well, and are now starting to charge for some of them unless you ‘opt in’. This includes interest payments to ones savings and checking accounts. Not impressed that they didn’t just opt in existing members in the obvious option, instead required them to set up an online account and set these manually, or send in a letter requesting."
"I’m not sure if Ruby works at this location, but she has given outstanding friendly service. I asked and got a credit line increase and she was great to work with! Plus I got a better APR! Good payment history pays off! I can’t wait to ask Selco to re finance my truck. Having my bank and auto loan would be a great partnership. We have been members since 2019 and never had an issue with Selco. Highly recommend making a partnership with them."
