"Never work with a creditor directly if you have legal representation; CC didn't want to talk to my attorneys. After one of their dealership partners sold us a lemon and refused to roll the debt over to a loan for a different auto despite my having $800 up front due to having a temporary address at that moment, they harassed me every day through calls or email. They even called my reference and her family members multiple times. I repeatedly requested they contact my debt litigation group to discuss payment options, but they refused. Fast forward: we went to small claims court and they refused to work with my local representative, too. The paperwork they submitted made it out like I was the one refusing to talk to them. Since they didn't have the incentive to work with me on getting paid back and decided to instead garnish my wages at the maximum legal amount, I was forced to file for bankruptcy. Since 2015, filing bankruptcy means that they had to refund everything they'd taken out of my checks, so their practices weren't even in their own best interest. If they had accepted being paid back more slowly at a level I could afford along with my other expenses as the head of household with two dependents, my litigation group would have continued to pay them on my behalf until they were made whole. While this is a risk of enrolling in debt litigation, I'm disappointed because I once naively believed in their sincerity and didn't realize they'd discriminate against people for being in the housing program with First Place Family Center."

"Do you not use I repeat do not use this company, just like the most recent review couple weeks ago this company has horrible customer service not just customer service ,the people are completely rude out of line and I understand that you're a credit company but you need to have more respect when you're handling your customers if you expect people to do business you need to have a little bit more of an understanding and know how to talk to people. I'll be trying to do anything I can to be done with this company anybody else that's reading this review heed the warning and do not go with this company there are way better options out there, only needed this because I needed a car right away for work now thinking about it it was the worst decision ever. Whoever hired Theresa and or Anthony needs to be evaluated they do not know how to talk and/or handle their attitude and have pure disrespect when they talk on the phone. I'll be personally telling anyone and everyone I know plus going on social media letting people know to not do business with this company. Zero lack of respect always change things up and make you seem like a person that can't deal with their responsibilities, if you ask me your credit lender not a psychiatrist. Will going around town making sure posting flyers if I have to to boycott this company , we do not need this in our town. Google really needs to add a 0 star review option for the really horrible companies out there."

"If I could give this company zero stars I absolutely would. The absolute most unprofessional and rude customer service I have EVER experienced. If you’re a day late on your payment, they are calling threatening repossession and making you feel like garbage no matter what your situation is. Then when we finally called them and told them to come get the truck because I’m less than 6 months it completely broke down, they wanted to argue and be absolutely and completely rude. If you have the opportunity to choose DONT choose this company."

"Kevin and Anthony at Credit Concepts are amazing along with all the team at credit concepts, I had lost my job a couple months ago called up and explained I might be late and explained what had happened !!! Right away Kevin got to work and helped me out!!! If anyone wants a good team standing and working with you to ease your stresses about your bills or just to ask questions credit concepts are there for you !!! So happy that they approved me for my car loan and took a chance on my not so perfect credit !!! Love these guys and I can not say enough about this company! All they ask is you communicate with them and they will move mountains to help you !!!"
