"I am a brand new customer-- just opened an account today so I don't have anything to go on other than today's experience... and thus far I'm not impressed. The gentleman who assisted with opening my account was quick and thorough with information, so that was a plus. But my initial impression - as I first walked in - was very off-putting. I had an appointment, which Im grateful for because the line was easily twenty customers long. I walked up to the check-in desk and the clerk sitting there was a middle-aged woman like me. I mention her age because most people over forty years old, should understand how to deliver good customer service. She, and another clerk standing alongside her, were both extremely focused on a computer, obviously doing something important... I get that. Both clerks... yes, BOTH CLERKS... were engrossed with their task, and BOTH CLERKS ignored me for probably ten minutes. I am not a demanding person but I understand the nature of good customer service... I work in retail management. Ladies- you know who you are- a quick & simple greeting goes a long way with your customers. You made a first impression today, and it wasn't great. Next time try, "Hello. Welcome in. I'm troubleshooting a customer concern, but I'll be right with you." I'm curious to see if my long-term customer experience will reflect their first impression... time will tell. I'll revise this review if things improve."
"Jamie at this Tanasbourne office is incredible. Six years ago she helped me transition from an ugly situation at another bank. Fast forward six years later I reached out to her after I received a less than pleasant notice from someone that they were going to drop my savings interest rate to less than 90% of what it had been. I was outraged and ready to take my money and leave. I was surprised that Jamie not only immediately began investigating what happened, but within minutes provided a solution that fixed the issue - and my interest rate was not dropped. Within a 10 minute phone call, Jamie also assisted me in obtaining some other perks I had been missing out on. Jamie is pleasant to talk to and makes you feel valued for your membership."
"Update (upgrade from 2 star): You can now set your bill selection for one of the ATM drive thru but the other ATM drive thru doesn't do cash withdrawals at all. At least I can get smaller bills now. I don't like how the ATM spits out $100 bills. They used to do 20's if you got more than $100 but after upgrade of system it's all 100's. I can't buy anything with 100's, because nobody wants to give change for that. Please change or at least have option to get smaller bills."
