"We had a very positive experience with Caroline recently. She shared many new products available to members. For a long time member it just reinforced why I would recommend First Technology to anyone looking for a place to do their banking"
"Consistently received excellent service from the Cornell Branch Hillsboro and their relationship manager, Velle. Periodically, I meet with the relationship manager to review my finances and receive advice on how to improve my banking experience and finances. Customer-centered bank with great employees."
"I have been with 1st Tech Federal Credit Union, since late 2011. I have been treated with professionalism and sincerity. Today I was helped by a very professional and most sincere young woman, Caroline. Caroline answered all my queries and and did that with kindness and patience. Truly, Caroline, is a definite asset to 1st Tech Federal Credit Union and I'm thankful. Sincerely, Michelle A. Gar Du Mal."
"I tried to make a deposit of a little over $300 in cash, with an additional $3 in loose, clean quarters. I've been a member here for over a decade. The teller adamantly refused to accept the $3 in quarters and told me that the bank (credit union) does not accept any loose change for deposit. I'm certain I've deposited small amounts of loose change in the past, so I asked if this was a new policy. She said no. I also asked her, for clarification, if I could receive a small amount of loose change as a withdrawal. She said that was OK. I was so dumbfounded by this interaction that I had to share it with the world. She wouldn't even let me exchange the 12 quarters for bills. I might expect this kind of interaction from a large corporate bank, but not from a small regional credit union. When banks (or credit unions) refuse to accept a small amount of spare change for deposit alongside a larger deposit of paper money I think things are profoundly broken. :("
