I have never missed or have been late with a payment. I am always kind and polite when I speak with the employees. Today 7/8/20 I called and asked if I could borrow further funds. They texted me the loan docs to e sign. I was unable to e sign and called the office for help. The first person I spoke with was frustrated that I was unable to e sign and slammed the phone down on me. When I called back the second person they stated I don't know what I'm doing and stated they don't want my business anyway and hung up on me again. what did I do to deserve this humiliation? Even if I was a bad customer no one should ever be treated the way I was treated. I guess it's to put customers in their place and feel like beggars. Please consider taking your business elsewhere where a company embraces their customers and treats them with respect and dignity."
