"Loved this shop when I lived in Sellwood! It’s within walking distance of pretty much the entire neighborhood, great bikes for great prices, and for accessories and whatnot they mostly have good prices (it’s cheaper to buy 4 small bottles than one big bottle of tubeless sealant? Idk if that changed but I remember that being a thing) and a highly knowledgeable staff that does a quality job when you mess up your own projects, although I definitely at least tried to clean things up and hand them a slightly easier project than what ended up being the result. One of the mechanics even put a new piece of chain on my chain whip when I broke mine off for half the price of a whole new chain whip. Great shop, it was one of the main things I was bummed about when I moved to another part of town."

"I have bikes in different parts of the country and have to ship a lot. I’m lazy though so I had these folks pack up and ship my Portland bike back to Austin. The packing job was incredible. They did some little things that were really convenient that they didn’t really have to do. They moved my derailleur all the way in to minimize any damage, not like it was going to happen since so much care was taken in wrapping the right parts. They placed tape to indicate what my seatpost height was before taking it off. Everything in how they packed my bike made sense. Super nice, knowledgable, friendly but professional service. Straightforward and honest pricing. Shop is solid and they’re totally not jerks. Happy to have them so close to my Portland family hub. Edit: Yooo, they also marked where my bars lined up with the stem faceplate with a piece of masking tape and a sharpie."
"I really like this bike shop. I purchased my gravel bike here and get my bike serviced here. The staff are friendly, helpful, and communicative (they call with updates on my tune, when the bike is ready to pick up, etc.). They never make me feel dumb even though I don't know much about bikes. I recommend!"
