"I have used the Postal Annex+ located in the Safeway Shopping Center (The Tigard Promenade) many times over the years. It is really easy to see from the main road, Pacific Highway West and is easy to get to. You approach the shop by taking SW Royalty Parkway. Parking can be a little tight sometimes so it’s good to keep an eye out for it. The staff has always been very efficient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. And it’s great since they offer a whole array of services including Notary Public and passport help."
