"After being with Postal Connection for this long, I feel terrible having to write this but we've come to the point where we can no longer afford to keep our PO Box at this location. For the last four years, our PO Box has continually gone up in price. Last year alone, the cost for our small box was DOUBLE what we paid just a few years back. Upon going in to get my mail yesterday, there was a note in my box stating there will be another price hike again in 2024 which makes getting a PO Box here more expensive than at our local USPS. Because of this, we'll unfortunately not be renewing for another year. :("
"We came here after we went to USPS and saw a super long line and decided to wait to send our two pieces of international mail for another time. We went to Trader Joe’s to pick up some groceries and saw postal connections right next door and decided we’d try to see if we could send our mail there instead. We were able to purchase two international stamps and get it sent out in under a minute and the staff was super friendly! Good prices and they also take Apple Pay. We’ll be going here from now on :)"
"I was looking for a one-stop postal service that would cover all types of carriers -i.e. Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL. I found this place. Shipping is fast, and reliable. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. He taught me how to consolidate the packages to lower down my shipping cost and it saved me a TON of money! I was so excited. He was very kind to also re-package my items correctly. My brother received all the items I sent and they were all in good condition. This place can get busy, as they should, since they are well-known in the area for their reliable and affordable shipping services. They also have PO Boxes for rent. But if you wait in line patiently, it will all be good. Thanks again guys!"
