Glendoveer Woods Apartments

"Updated Review after 7 months: I am still extremely satisfied living in these apartments. It is very safe and secure. Neighbors look out for each other here - it is a nice little neighborhood. My apartment is designed well with plenty of storage and lots of counter space in the kitchen made up of granite. The lobby is consistently cleaned every weekday. Management is unmatched! Leanna takes care of the people here like they are her own which is not the level of service you get at most property management companies. Everything I have needed from maintenance requests to just general information from management has exceeded my expectations. I really could not be happier here: plethora of parking, golf course/running trail across the street, clean building inside and out, quiet building, good water pressure, conveniently located to lots of stores. I look forward to staying here at least another year. Moral of the review: You will not regret moving here. It really IS that awesome!"

"I’ve lived in these apartments for 2.5 years, and have been apartment living for about 5 years before we moved to Portland from MN. This place is BY FAR the best place I’ve lived and Sue is one of the main reasons! The property manager here is so kind, and always trying to help in any way possible! Glendoveer Woods is great place to live! We are moving soon due to work locations, but every time we stop and talk to Sue we wish she would be moving with us! If you’re looking for a safe place to stay with friendly staff this place is perfect!"

"I’ve been living at the Glendoveer Woods apartments since they opened. The complex is across the street from a golf course that offers an amazing view, sports classes, a hiking trail, and a restaurant. I absolutely love everything about the complex, from the convenient max location, to the exceptional staff! Dylan at the front desk never fails to promptly and respectfully respond to emails regarding comments, questions, and concerns. Additionally, the maintenance crew does an incredible job responding to work orders in a timely fashion! I would highly recommend this complex to any friend or family member."

"I have been loving my time at Glendoveer Woods. It’s a very quiet location right off of the Tri-met and across the street from an 18 hole golf course with a two mile running trail. The building is new and all of the amenities are great quality. Plus, each apartment has its own private patio to enjoy the beautiful Portland weather. Dylan and staff are great to work with. Friendly, and flexible. Highly recommended."

"I love this complex! I moved into Glendoveer Woods apartments 6 months ago. Dylan (our property manager) was so helpful in my transition from out of state. When I arrived in August of last year to move into my new apartment, I was introduced to the entire staff and received a very warm welcome from Dylan and David from the maintenance department. With such friendly smiles they both told me to be sure and let them know if there was anything I needed. My experience here has been wonderful! The first day I arrived the neighbors saw me moving in and several of them offered me fresh vegetables that they grew in the community garden. Dylan gave me great suggestions on restaurants and the best movie theatres to visit. Everything I have needed here as a tenant has been handled quickly and professionally by the amazing staff here at Glendoveer. This complex is safe, quiet and beautifully maintained! Danny has recently joined the team here, (and I do emphasize the word team because they all work so well together)! He is our new addition to the maintenance staff and is truly Wonderful to have around! I highly recommend this place! Thank you Dylan for everything you do and for always making us feel right at home!!"
