"Foster Plaza is made up of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms, that include washer/dryer hook ups, and a laundry room on the premises. It also has exclusive parking and a playground, the community is mostly made up of hard working and amazing families trying to live their best lives. Foster is a very busy road but this complex has a quite and lovely feel to it. Pet friendly and after hours security and maintenance help families feel safe and comfortable."

"There were syringes on the property all weekend long, and the manager Melissa did not bother to clean them up. Unsafe and negligent. EDIT: The friend of the apartment manager keeps calling my office and threatening me. He said "I'm coming for you motherf*****" I wrote an honest review. My friend lives there and I was walking the dog this weekend with her and saw syringes 2 days in a row. This is unsafe, and is an issue that needs to be addressed."

"My family of four has been here going on two years and we still love it as much as we did when we first moved in. The price is extremely reasonable for this area especially for the size you get. Melissa in the office has always been super friendly and helpful. All maintenance requests have been dealt with promptly and all questions answered with in 24 hours. The property is always kept tidy and that includes the garage area and people try hard to keep it messy. We do not plan on moving from these apartments until we purchase our house. Highly recommend."

"Great complex to live in apartments are well worth the money, the area is great compared to most areas in Portland, generally quiet good neighbors. On site manager Melissa is great, layed back, friendly easy to talk to she understands life. She takes good care of the property it's well kept and clean.
