"I have lived at a lot of apartments in Portland. The Grandview not only has a beautiful view of the cityscape, it has the most easy to work with and attentive staff of any place I have ever lived. Virginia (apartment manager) is amazingly attentive and understanding, and Andy (maintenance) is so incredibly nice and knowledgeable at any and all times. Unfortunately I had to leave due to health reason, but I can only hope the next place I am able to live independently had a staff as reasonable, kind, and hard working as the Grandview."
