"I moved in here a year ago when they first opened up. Since then my cars been broken into, towed & my husband's car stolen. I've had packages stolen from outside the building as well as outside my door. There are video cameras on every floor and entryway but guess what doesn't really work? They are to make us feel safer. How about they actually work so someone can actually be caught for this stuff. People are constantly putting their garbage in the recycling at the end of the hallway making the entire floor stink. There's a trash chute on every floor but they never work. My key fob doesn't open the garbage room door and only works half the time on the entryway doors. I don't know how many times I've given my new number to update the call box and it's never been done. I just had to get that off my chest since nobody here is listening. They recently got new on site management here and that's just made it worse. She sits in her office looking like she knows what she's doing but she's as clueless as can be. Now I know why our old management didn't want to leave. She didn't trust the new one and I see why. I wouldn't recommend moving here."

"We love it. everyone is nice. Oksana and the other manager are very helpful and great to work with. My upstairs neighbors are noisy as Hell, but I let management know and they DO get warned. 2 bed 2 bath 930 sq feet. One other complaint is some parents seem to let their kids run around and do whatever they want like play in elevators and.push every single button...very irritating. Litter and police action in trimet max parking lot also sucks. We have to cross the street to smoke. It would seem to me to cater to EVERYbody to have a covered smoking area on property. So people who do smoke aren't tempted to smoke in their units. And there are smokers here, I see butts everywhere...and we hardly ever see anyone go outside to smoke. Our halls smell like cigarettes and weed sometimes too. The butts, the smells and lack of on property covered areas ok to smoke in would all be solved by a covered area with an ashtray and maybe seating...smokers in this state are definitely not cared for by property owners and laws....please cater to EVERYONE and consider a covered smoking area please"

"I have just moved in and the place is immaculate! (Let’s hope all the tenants help keep it that way) Staff is great! This maybe a “pet free” bldg as someone mentioned but my ES animal has been very welcomed here. (There are doggie bag and doggie waste baskets around the bldg.)"

"No Pets Allowed. -5/10 Edit to add, allowing service animals isn't good enough. Allow cats and dogs at minimum or you're complex is invalid."
