"Rudest Apartment Manager we have ever dealt with!!! Would never recommend this complex to anyone. It is supposed to be a lovely place to live and a peaceful, restful for seniors. But with a manager like the one they have currently it is not!"

"The staff and maintenance are awesome! I love living here. The ppl are quiet and mind their own business. The maintenance is on top of things. Whatever your issue is that concerns maintenance, they are in it. Never a long wait. The ofc staff are nice and very polite and friendly. They made me feel comfortable living here."

"Earlier this week I experienced a problem with my bathtub drain. I submitted a work order, and got an immediate response from Morgan. He called a plumber and addressed the problem that very day. I was impressed with the quick service. The next day the problem was solved and the drain was functioning better than ever. Morgan has always been professional and friendly, and easy to deal with. "Maintenance is on-time, friendly and competent service that is reliable the first time. However that deserved praise is zeroed by management that protects in-unit smokers rather than the health and well being of residents and pets. A doctor’s note directing removal from the daily assault of toxic secondhand smoke didn’t merit a response. Promoted as a no smoking building in reality this is a smoking building. Shameful."

"Maintenance is excellent. Usually my requests are always fixed within the same day or the next. This is a very big complex and our maintenance crew does a great job of keeping this 20+ year old building looking as good as possible. Management is very responsive when I have called them to inform them of any issues. Most of the tenants are pleasant. The building just underwent a complete inside and outside make over and looks very nice. The only problem with living here is the Parking lot. It was built too small when the building was originally done. It is not closed to the public during the day, so if you go to the grocery store and come back you will find cars from caregivers to family members visiting all three of the buildings parked and you may have to park across the street off site. Otherwise a very nice place to live and the price is very reasonable. Thanks to our Management team and Maintenance crews."
