"We've lived here quite some time. A handful of managers have cycled through, come and gone over the years. We appreciate good management when we see it. Ana Orozco, on the current management team, has been so helpful to us and we appreciate her. She is very responsive to tenant needs. Recently another tenant started parking in our assigned spot. We reached out to her, and she was on it right away. Within a day we had our spot back. She also communicates with tenants really well - she stays on top of notifying tenants by both text and email. For example, we were aware ahead of time when recent events such as a campus paint job and a water-shut off were scheduled to happen. We hope Ana stays with Parkhurst as long as she can. "I moved in on March 13th and absolutely love it. It is safe, units are gorgeous! I have a washer, dryer, dishwasher and balcony with a lovely view. The selling feature for me was an onsite manager, Tiffany who has been full of genuine warmth, quick to respond to any issues and has worked with me from DAY ONE to make sure all my needs were met. I moved in while this Corona epidemic was starting to take hold and I was anxious to get inside my new home, though all business was starting to shut down, Tiffany and her team worked unbelievably hard to make sure I got inside my home ASAP. I would highly recommend Parkhurst for those seeking a safe, quiet and calm sanctuary."
