"I have to give this place 5 stars. Unbelievable process in screening clients. Brian was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get on of my clients into a unit. Once we saw the inside of the unit it was nothing like I expected. IT was immaculately clean with brand new sterling silver appliances. Brian gave us a tour of the property and was extremely positive and respectful. He really understands people and I hope to be working with him on future housing options. The grounds are well maintained and there is ample parking for tenants.Thank you Brian."

"There is no grass and I find it very strange that the Manager lives in Complex and for some reason it has been ignored and when Princeton Properties/Vincent Alexander has changed over to another Property Gróup and the new management at the end of July 2020 with the new name Sunrise . Until the new Owners got there that rent could still be sent to Vincent Alexander. So before meeting with the Timothy this letter came to the tenants that they made some kind of mistake that a different manager was to come but was unsure. There is a person that has sits in the leasing office some woman acting like she is the new manager when I never hired her to work for me especially being manager of my home and Property where I live . I Summon Satan and the King of hell to Court Of Heaven ."
