"I am just wowed by this place that I just moved to a couple of weeks ago. Some honest, genuine points: First of all, their admin team and maintenance team are some of the best I’ve ever worked with. Melynda is a godsend, capturing the qualities of humanness, ethics, and honesty that are so rare in property management. Andrew is just the same, and he has demonstrated great character and fairness. Monica is also an angel and just the kindest and most attentive lady. The maintenance crew pounced on my maintenance issues within literally minutes and they are highly competent. What really gives this place its sparkle for me is their advocacy for my music. I was able to get trumpet practice written in my lease, which is virtually unheard of and which protects a major source of livelihood for me as I work so earnestly at what I do. As a result of their advocacy, I feel respected and valued. These are my honest and humble assessments. I’m greatly indebted to them for their support and am looking forward to living here."

"Their leasing agent Melinda is amazing!!! Was able to show me available rooms in their multiple beautiful properties, and found me the perfect apartment. The amenities in their buildings are fantastic and I look forward to the community events coming up!"

"Easily the worst building I’ve ever lived at because of management. They never reply to any of your emails, and when you call to follow up to the no reply email, they say they’ll call you back and never call back. We had an emergency exit door broken for over a week that screamed a high pitch alarm and nobody did anything about it. The new manager or the people who took over halfway through my lease were the WORST. Rude af, makes jokes about what you do for work, extremely unprofessional, and you cannot get ahold of anybody unless you walk into the office (if they’re even there). Lastly, they kept $130 of my deposit with no reason why. Never ever live here unless you want ghost management who thinks very little of their residents and is never in office. Such a joke."
