Tabor View Lofts Apartments

"I’ve had my bike stolen from the “secure” bike storage room and multiple packages stolen here. I’ve lived here for several years now and the bike room has been broken into at least 3 times, but they don’t usually let us know when it has been compromised again so it could be more. They refuse to look at security footage. I spoke to a building manager in person the other week about my package being stolen by a resident in THIS building and asked if they could look at the security footage to see who exactly it was and she looked me dead in eyes and said that it takes hours to look through footage and she prefers not to if she doesn’t have to… good to know you’re looking out for us. Everyone saying they don’t respond to emails or phone calls is correct, they don’t. I’ve followed up with them for weeks and still receive no response or resolution to issues or questions I have. I don’t feel safe living here."

"Hey Tabor View! I know you are under the same management company as the fifty at division right down the street from you. Maybe yall should take a look at their reviews and take into consideration what people are saying. That place was horrible and i have highly advised everyone i personally know looking for apartments to stay away from you guys. Things need to change! Awful, Awful Awful!"

"I just moved to Portland in April from my home island Puerto Rico. I have never lived anywhere aside from PR, so I barely knew how everything worked out here. For months I have searched for a good apartment, affordable and with a good community. When I came to Tabor, the lovely Melinda gave me a tour, little did I know she would literally help me every step the way. Mind you, I had a lot of questions at all hours, but Melinda was patient, charismatic and understanding, and she always answered my questions with care. The building has great amenities, but is was her energy that really gave me assurance I would be happy here.Her great service helped me to decide to apply and enter the Tabor community. Even now as Im two weeks in living here, Melinda, the residents and staff around the building have all been very welcoming. Im am so happy to be a part of Tabor, and Melinda thank you for helping me and for being an all around great person!"

"Lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! Only moved because of relocating or I would have stayed. The staff are outstanding, professional and friendly. I only had a couple maintenance calls the whole time I was there and they fixed the issues promptly. Everything is clean and in good repair. The area is centrally located. I will miss my daily walks up Mt. Tabor with stunning views of the city. They have a great secure bike garage. Biking to markets and to the Waterfront is very convenient. Thanks for an outstanding living experience, Tabor View! I'm happy to update my above review because I was able to move back into Tabor View. I was even able to re-lease my old apartment! The whole staff are friendly and super responsive. They made the move in process very smooth and efficient. There is an outstanding community room that's perfect for entertaining guests. I love being be able to bike right out my front door and around the waterfront, and bike to work. It's right on several main bus lines and very bike friendly so it's ideal if you want to be less car dependent or go car-free all together. Thank you Tabor View, I couldn't be happier!!"
