"The place is nice, however if you need to get ahold of anybody or get your security deposits back then good luck to you. Also forget about having visitors or more than one car, not enough garbage for all the units so you have about 2 days a week when you can actually empty your trash, oh and get ready for a giant rent increase after your lease is up."
"For a newly built place having three different property managers in less then a year is a HUGE red flag. Rent raises. Can't figure out the water bill. Rent isn't posted on time to pay. Your apartment will be full of ants. Your carpet stickers will come off if you vacuum it. No parking. Bad experience with this place."
