"I would not recommend at all. Terrible service and filled with rude tenants and a lot of substance abusers. The apartments are over priced and prices get raised constantly. everyone i know who has lived here doesn’t have much good to say about it. there isn’t a gym room or anything. just a small park and a grass area. quite a bit of apartments are dirty and not completed. the appliances that come with the apartments are cheap and break easily and it takes a long time to be repaired."

"Lots of improvements in the community, upgrades and service levels are great from original and new staff members. Wish we had other amenities but in time I'm sure it will only continue to improve. The changes in who gets approved as new residents has been the most impactive and appreciated"

"I have lived here prices go up quality goes down. Only one person to do maintenance. The office is rude. NO GYM. Takes for ever to get anything fixed. And horrible flea problem. I haven't had fire alarms in a year and a 1/2. So they don't care"

"My Fiancé and I have lived here for awhile now and agree it’s our favorite apartment complex we’ve lived in. The manager Heather has always been quick to respond and help you with any concerns or questions. The maintenance guy John is the best we’ve experience in apartments, he’s always super friendly and gets to know you, anytime we’ve had a problem he was there to fix it almost immediately every time. Getting in and out of the complex is frustrating during rush hour, but it’s life and it’s something that is out of the managers hands. Overall we really like the staff here and the apartment."

"It has gone downhill. Grounds aren't kept up, washer /dryers. garbage sit outside by maintenance shop for weeks. Garbage piles up by the compactor on weekends. Dog areas stink and the receptacle is piled high with poop bags. Management is impersonal. The quality is going down while rent prices skyrocketing. No maintenance on weekends (when most emergencies happen). Buildings needs upkeep. Signs need paint, eve the entrance is looking tacky but the office area in front looks great. Neighbors young and noisy so realize you are getting an apt across the street from a college. The apartment bedrooms are more spacious then expected. It's hard to pay rent or see management . They aren't open Sundays or after 6pm or before 9am. So, if you work you are screwed. If you can catch them on Sundays its a miracle. Tours are being given on Saturdays so hit and miss."
