"I live there. It's a mess. Everything inside and out is a cover up half way. Then the management company says the owner does this or that and then says that they never said it. The parking lot is a freeway for tons of cars(well over 25mph+) can't feel safe to allow kids or pets outside like that. Nobody seems to care to about being friendly to each other. I'm sure it's fear of what the "owner" might drive by and say as was told over and over to me at move in. 3 management companies in under 3 months. I hate it. But rent is high and it's impossible to build enough to move"

"I am so sad that the new owners are this heartless....I took over my dad's apartment and because they wanted more money from me they told me I have to apply again and pay all new fees and and raise the rent. I am a heart patient and have three beautiful small children. Dont rent here if you are a nice person. They treated my dad very poorly and he has worked here for 8 years plus. I had a beautiful garden and they came through and cut every off."

"I have worked as the maintenance man here for 8 years. I am disabled and I have my daughter-in-law and three children living with me. She is a triple valve heart patient that had open heart surgery. The new owner alluded that he wanted to hire me and then had his portfolio manager verbally tell me that they want me off the lease. My lease was good until January. They have given me nothing in writing. They came into my backyard destroyed my daughter-in-laws Garden, cut down half my raspberries and then he started eating them as well as my blueberries. He told me lies concerning my old landlords of 15 years who are also my friends for almost 20. Said they told him not to hire me. Now I can't afford to live here anymore. The emotional distress has put me in the ER thinking I was having my fourth heart attack."
