"Such friendly and welcoming staff! Debra was awesome with answering all of my questions!"
"A friend of mine lived here and only had the worst things to say about this property"
"Living here was both great and a nightmare. I was low income and had no where to go, so I was beyond grateful to put a roof over my children's heads. There were so many ridiculous rules! We were not allowed to have an area rug down unless it was velcroed to the carpet for "safety" purposes. I found the velcroed carpet to be even more hazardous than leaving it be. There were many times where I was threatened eviction during the yearly inspections if my oven didn't look like it was just installed that day. Cooking in your oven at least 3 days a week, per year, shows that it's used. There was never any spillage, just the look of daily use. Rachel, the manager didn't care. Being that my oven didn't seem to be a fire hazard, I took photos and showed a lawyer. He stated that if she had tried to evict me, we would win the case right there. She would lose paperwork, and spike an anxiety that was completely unhealthy. After moving, I didn't find out until a year later that they charged me a ridiculous amount of money for repairs, painting, and carpet, that is now on my credit because I didn't know there was anything to pay off. I lived there for 5 years, but wear and tear laws as described in the Oregon State Legislation under the Tenant Landlord Act don't mean a thing to Rachel."
"The apartments are nice for a income based apartments. I would like to see the Manager of the property FIRED for harassment, loosing my rent check, and being outright racist!!! Other than that love the apartments. Just wish there was better management."
"The complex is nice enough for what it is. Which is federally funded low-income housing. Although if your not low-income you can live here as well you just have to pay "fair-market" prices, which are anything but fair. The manager Rachel Smith looses paperwork all the time & there are so many snitches living here, I can't wait too move... Damn waiting lists lol"
