Edgewater at the Cove 1937 Main Street, Oregon City, OR 97045

"Revising my review : Still haven't had my light bulbs replaced after a couple maintenance requests. Called the office and they said they would have maintenance get to me and they still haven't that was a couple of weeks ago! Been waiting months. The dog bags aren't consistently refilled. Starting to see that these "luxury" apartments aren't luxurious and the prices are way too high for the quality of service your receive. They also said they had our reserved parking and then a new unit said it was their spot. We find out that they never added the reserved spot and we had to pay them for all the months we used the parking spot even though that is their fault for not adding it! It was about 600 dollars ! The upstairs neighbors sounds like elephants living above us so the noise is becoming unbearable. It's like they all lack communication with each other at the office."

"We have lived here for 3 years and we are now leaving. This place is nice inside, great square footage, and lenient on dog breeds- which is why we ended up here! There used to be food carts every weekend and lots of events for the kids! Not any more. For the most expensive place I’ve ever lived, the new management over the last year sure act like they have no one working. Garbages around the complex are constantly overflowing and never changed. Garbages are by light posts and people will pile up their poop bags around the post when the garbage is too full. It’s gross and impossible to miss from the parking lot. Last time this went on for TWO WEEKS, full poop bags everywhere! I see management out and about in their golf cart all day, but somehow they can’t change garbages? It usually takes them several days to replace dog poop bags as well. This has resulted in 50+ dog poops being outside my immediate residence at all times. Half of the time I pick up my dog poo, I step in someone else’s. I deliver to apartments all over and this is NOT standard for even the cheapest apartments in the area. They said the dog washing room would be closed for 2 weeks in January. It’s now March and no word about the dog wash. Over the last year there has been no one cleaning this dog wash, or stocking the soaps. The dog wash neglect is even more irritating because It’s right next door to their leasing office. The complimentary dog soap and conditioner was already cheap to begin with, no biggie! But they haven’t been refilled since new management. If you’re going to have it….you should fill it every once in a while. When I first moved in I could always count on there being soap for my doggy! Last several time I was in, it was totally trashed and one wall was covered in black mold. Also, last time inspections came around, they came on a different day than they told us. The guy rose a stink about us saying to come back when they told us they would, telling us how important it was to get the numbers for our appliances, sticking his foot in our door like we had no choice! The office apologized for the worker and told us the next day they’d be stopping by. We waited all day and they never came. Must not have been that important! Plus it totally wasted our time. The communication and laziness has become too much. I don’t appreciate people banging down my door when I’m not expecting, and not communicating to the residents what is and isn’t working when we pay so much. I’m a mom with 2 big dogs…it’s takes a lot of planning to get things done, and this place does not make it easy. We’ve had a thriving hummingbird population in the middle of the complex! It’s been so nice! They told everyone recently bird feeders are not allowed. They also told me my plants on my porch were dead and I needed to fix them…..they’re Mums, ever heard of perennials?! I don’t have the time for this crap! Maybe just look at other options if considering paying an arm and a leg for a luxury experience….this is far from it ❤️"

"Megan, Mike and Jake are an incredible team at Edgewater. My partner and I were wanting to move in the same day of viewing and applying for a unit. This team was extremely kind and worked with us to make this happen. We love the amenities that Edgewater has to offer from an onsite gym, pet self wash room, pool, jacuzzi, trash valet services and being able to rent kayaks/paddle boards during the summer season. Location is amazing with access to the freeway, different types of stores within the area (~5-10mins each direction), and water access with a park.I would recommend Edgewater for anyone apartment hunting. You will not be disappointed."
