"DO NOT COME HERE. That front office bald headed lady does not know anything and does everything wrong month after month. THEY ARE BEYOND NEGLIGENT"
"We lived here for a year and half, and this is a good place, with good neighbors and a good manager. It's not too expensive, so we loved it. It's kinda old, but good for the price. Thank you Angela for your support and help."
"Leasing agent, Rachel is pretty good. Can't say anything positive about main property manager, Jason, as ALL he does is send out emails of stuff that DOESN'T get done on our side of complex or semi-nice threat letter emails. He's been property mgr for a year and a half and has NEVER introduced himself to us when he started except send an email or post notice on door. Apts are quite decent sized on King James side but parking is atrocious as all tenants get are notices about 1 vehicle per apt but RULES are NOT adhered to by MGMT. We have 5 visitor parking spots ONLY which are being used by tenants extra or broke down cars. Mgmt does NOT get after the extra vehicles...just blab blab notices. Maintenance staff is pretty good. I love my apt but with this post , I'll probably get a move now notice or an exorbitant rent increase in July 2023."
"They called a tow truck without warning for parking in a spot that was not visibly marked as a reserved spot. Then wouldn’t even talk to me about the 160$ bill I had to pay to the towing company to drop my vehicle when they hadn’t even finished loading my vehicle. Improperly maintained. Cheap flooring that starts to come up in every unit I’ve seen. Unprofessional staff. Poorly designed complex."
"Ruined by Templeton Management Be warned, those incompetent airheads ruined a great place to live. The truth is a little more than a year ago I would have given 5 stars, I liked our apartment, liked the neighbors, liked the grounds, and the previous management was nice and easy to get along with. However, these greedy brats came in and stopped all of the renovations and got really lazy and didn't finish them correctly. The pool was stagnant and had dark green color for about a month. They also decided to start making new parking rules that just give fines to their own tenants, which btw the notice they gave about those rules was only distributed on one property and it did not show any fines on it, when I asked about this they lied and claimed it did by typing up something real quick with a past date on it so it looks like they did (it was easy to tell based on the obvious grammatical errors, and I got an original from the other property). They increased rent, which is fine, they have a right to compete with the market, but then they increase it again a month before your lease runs out? None of their precious new rules are in your lease and contradict the signs posted on property but they'll still give you a fine? This isn't just shady, it's -illegal- and I was forced to go to litigation to make them drop the fine. They think they can just pretend to know what they can or can't do and tenants will just automatically go along with it because "what are you going to do about it?". In conclusion, great place to live, but look elsewhere unless you want to: A) Have to get a lawyer on occasion just to keep management in check. B) Enjoy being lied to, or having management tell you the rules are for the benefit of the tenants until you get a fine over an unposted rule that should be a simple misunderstanding after which they tell you to shove it because they don't care and think you can't stop them. C) Have to choose between posted signs and unwritten rules. Among the several tenants leaving along with us was my neighbor, and this bone-headed management was what made him and his family move out after living their for 17 years, what does that tell you?"
