"My grandparents live here at the Brandt apartments and the management is always so sweet and helpful. Everytime I’ve dealt with the maintenance they have done quality work. Its always quiet and such a nice community at the Brandt apartments."

"I work as a caregiver here and have had issues with management. Work orders don't get processed properly. They installed for extinguishers but most of the residents are elderly and they installed large heavy extinguishers in glass boxes placed outside the unit behind the shrubbery which makes it impossible for a tenant to access. They only installed one extinguisher for every two units so if the whole thing goes up or if for spreads to another unit there nothing the tenants will be able to do to protect themselves. As a housing complex I would think the safety of the residents would be off utmost importance but not here."

"This place has the worst customer service. A renewal application was needed to be done by an attendant, the front office “Galina” was refusing to help the attendant and when an interpreter showed up to assist with an application she was being so rude, rolled her eyes, crossed her arms and stood over them as if she hated her job and the people surrounding her. She was picking at that poor 89 year old women. Who does that? Please get better customer service to assist these retired homes because what I saw was not okay in any way. Not one should be spoken to or treated like that no matter was nationality you are!"

"Beautifully landscaped and grounds are maintained very well. I was on the waiting list for 2 years and it was worth it. They redid my apt from ceiling to floor ,all brand new appliances, blinds ,flooring carpeting . Beautifully done ,New paint job. Made me feel like it was a brand new apartment. Very safe feeling. Sturdy steel front door. Excellent office staff and very prompt maintenance men. Delightful neighbors, very relaxing environment.
