"Maintenance requests can go unaddressed for weeks. Electrical issues throughout the building like loud popping sounds from the main electrical room in the lobby. No way to effectively reach anyone in management or maintenance. The building went to hell after Ruby left."

I want to mention Property Manager Rubie especially. I've lived in different apartments in different countries, she is definitely the best. Always helpful, and tries to solve your problem immediately. I would recommend this building if you want to be in the city."
