"Love this place! Have had so many great experiences with the staff, Sarah, Jamira and Kristen are amazing and put up with all my questions. Block17 is in a great location too, very walkable and pet friendly. Lots of great amenities like the roof, you can’t beat that view! This building is one of the few that does building events like a happy hour or workout classes seriously you don’t get that everywhere!"

"this is a great place to live. from my move-in experience to living in this area, i haven't had any issues in the past month of living here. staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. we love that everything is walking distance, and the overall atmosphere that is made by the staff in hosting so many fun events! 100% recommend."

"Building was gorgeous and I really loved the rooftop. The only downside about the property would be management. We arrived for our tour and was given a self guided tour with no directions or explanation on how anything is supposed to work. Didnt even know where the elevator was. We viewed multiple units that had appliances in the middle of the floor, dirty/dusty, etc. All units were given to us on a sticky note with no square footage, pricing or anything. Leased elsewhere due to lack of information."

"This review is about the leasing office. I scheduled a tour through their website and was sent a confirmation email with more info. I showed up at the scheduled time and no one was there. I called the number listed several times before eventually leaving after waiting for 30 minutes. I also sent a follow up email and I have not received a response. I was looking forward to touring this building but it appears they’ve done me a favor by showing their unprofessional and careless behavior upfront. If this is how they are willing to treat a prospective tenant, I suspect they treat their actual residents much worse."

"I called Block 17 home for three and half years. My experience there was great! The location was perfect and I loved the style of my apartment. Reading some of the reviews, and being a tenant through both the previous management and the current management, I can understand and relate to some of the comments. Change is always a challenge and while it may have taken the current management a little while to get up to speed where the previous one was when I moved in, they most definitely did so. The leasing agents and property manager were always there for me, professional and friendly, a really great group of people. The maintenance crew hands down the best! Anything that came up they handled quickly and professionally. Even going out of their way to come back one night when I had forgotten to pick up the guest suite key for my visitor. While you can find newer buildings around town, speaking from someone that has moved into one, the management team can not be beat. I miss their attentiveness, quick responses, and just great positive attitude in any dealings I had with them. Thank you team Block 17. I want you to know you are appreciated!"
