"Apartment is older but the rent is very reasonable. With rare exception, any time I’ve had an issue, management has been responsive and resolved the problem quickly. Only thing I’d change would be being able to add funds to the laundry card electronically instead of cash in the machine in the office."
"The office really needs to be open more..."
"They advertise what really is a one bedroom as a two bedroom. In the winter our electricity bill was extremely high and we never turned on the heat. There was a domestic fight almost every night. The walls are so thin, I could hear our neighbors breathing. A rat died in our walls and management did nothing about it. They opened up the wall in the bathroom and took out the vanity to look and then left it open for over a month. In order to get anything done I had to call city code. They then moved us to a different complex of which we had to pay an extra security deposit for. I had to do all of this on workdays and my roommate had to take time off from work to help. On top of not being able to use a bathroom and a horrible smell coming from the house so bad I would throw up, THEY WERE CHARGING US RENT. I know you may think "this won't happen to me" because that's what we thought when we read the reviews, but do you really want to risk it?"
"The good. Decent size apartments Cheap rent Good parking The Bad Always construction If you have a dog don’t live here specially Apt 7. T&E In Apt 6 are super loud all the time. They have homeless people come to there house. They are two faced and they clog the stairs with there dead plants. They have a cat that is outdoors and will come on to your patio and hissy at you. Management think they are the greatest.... well they ain’t. They are so loud they caused my dog to bark and I got in trouble for it. The carpet is cheap and got damaged on the seam and they charged me 800 which is ridiculous. I figured 300/400 at the most. There was also a stabbing in this complex and Heath made it sound like it was the people’s fault for leaving there window open and also that it was more of a scratch.... This is a pretty trashy area if you explore the neighborhood also.... Glad to be away from this area and complex"
"We moved into this community because we were new to the area and the cheaper price was alluring. The apartment met all of our needs and Sylvia ( who runs the office on the managers day off) was fantastic when we toured. When we moved in, we met Heath, the property manager. Things quickly fell apart. There was a serious ant problem, non stop noise ( I’m talking 2,3, 4 AM noise) that was never addressed no matter how much we asked. The balcony above our patio was litterally rotting through. My cabinets would fall off the henges but the management refused to replace them. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived.if I could give a zero star rating it still wouldn’t be low enough."
