"Fairly nice small apt.complex of 4 bldgs. Decent 2 bedroom for less than others but that's due to no amenities and low end appliances, but they do pay for water and trash/sewage. No microwave. Closet doors loose and always came off Good heating but the summer is unbearable. Oregon doesn't believe in A/C. Quiet and landscape taken care of. No manager on site, you have to call. Never met the manager! All contact over the phone! Smoking allowed only in designated area away from apts. You can rent a covered space if available. Neighbors were nice, keep to themselves. Not disabled friendly and considered more of an imposition. Maintenance was good."
"If you are looking for a lowkey place, this complex is not bad at all. Price is reasonable due to not having amenities that some other complexes offer. The apartments are not bad and they are taking care of them, however, appliances could use upgrading. The maintenance guy is nice guy and he's very responsive, friendly, and respectful. The manager lacks professionalism and does not know how to communicate w/people. She sends out wrong email/text communications to the tenants. Also, if you put down deposit, they will take out cleaning and carpet cleaning fees regardless if you clean the apartment and left the carpet nice and clean. If you do not have to deal w/the manager, you will like this place."
