"The apartment complex office is rude and not courteous. They have a tow policy where even though a guest has a permit shown rear, they allow car to be towed for not having permit in the front. Which is very absurd and nonsensical. Appealing does not work and they keep increasing fees each day its in the compound."

"I can't express enough how satisfied I am with my experience at this apartment complex. The leasing office, led by a great Manager Katie Powell, goes above and beyond to address every concern with a wealth of knowledge and genuine care. The maintenance team is incredibly prompt, always organizing timely solutions for any request. Moreover, the overall atmosphere of the complex is consistently clean and friendly. Highly recommend!"

"This community is a great place to live! I love the staff and all the amenities that are included when you move in here. They have done a pool party/ BBQ day, hot chocolate day, thanksgiving cider event, and more! Also they have made many improvements to the property since I moved in. For one they got a brand new fountain that I get the pleasure of seeing every day I look out my back windows. They also have Valley trashing company that picks up my trash at my door every day. Overall I give my experience here a 10/10 thank you Waterhouse Place and staff!"

"We moved here a couple months ago from out of state after touring over a dozen different places. This area is nice, a little more on the quiet side, and has nice apartments and amenities. I love the nature trail that goes behind the apartments! Both management and maintenance staff are so kind and helpful! It's nice to see and deal with such friendly faces especially if you're neurodivergent like me. I felt very comfortable with Dominic and Andrew coming into our apartment (maintenance) to make some changes, they were so nice and very prompt. Katy, Melanie, and Madison in the office are also super nice and very helpful! Also very prompt and efficient with any concerns or questions we may have. I like living here and feel safe. Which is a big deal for me. Definitely worth your time to tour and speak with them"
